Kevin has over 30 years of experience in operations and consulting in various sectors, including hospitality & leisure, food production and distribution, retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics. He has guided clients with the development and implementation of company-wide transformations with a focus on improving operating efficiency, growth and cost management. He has led many successful engagements focused on diligence, carve-out and value creation.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Kevin led and executed operational consulting assignments at A.T. Kearney and held executive positions at STEM Village and Green Grass One. He holds an MBA, a Master of Science in Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University at Kingston (Canada).
