SUMMARY
Patrick guides companies through periods of crisis and change. He has more than 15 years’ experience in advising management, treasury, and FP&A teams as well as creditor constituencies through complex restructurings. Patrick has also developed detailed transformation plans that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in value for his clients, which also benefit from his operational experience whereby he reviews the strategy and operations performance of businesses for best practices.
Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, the Turnaround Management Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
