He has a reputation for challenging C-suite level executives in adopting innovative business transformation solutions and implementing sustainable top line and EBITDA improvement programs for clients. He has helped clients across different industries primarily in the Technology, Media, Professional Services and Healthcare areas. He works very closely with Private Equity (PE) firms in delivering pragmatic and actionable results across all stages of the PE investment lifecycle. 

His focus has been on improving operations across the G&A and Corporate IT functions and has supported multinational clients in implementing sustainable operational structures while maintaining their growth and profitability visions. His experience includes managing complex program transformations, supporting clients in their M&A, divestiture, and carveout efforts, designing and implementing Global Business Services and Outsourcing models, enabling Digital and Intelligent Automation capabilities, re-engineering global processes, and designing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management Models 

Ramzi has a Master of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
