Randy has more than 20 years experience in the consumer products industry, with specific focus on the food segment. He has deep functional expertise in growth, digital, merchandising, supply-chain, procurement, and SG&A strategies, and has a proven track record in delivering strong financial and operating performance, structuring and leading strategic initiatives, and driving transformational change.
Randy holds an MBA in management and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in politics and economics from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. Over the last several years, he has served on the Leadership Council of the non-profit Civic Consulting Alliance in Chicago, and he sits on the board of Junior Achievement of Chicago. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Randy was a partner in the consumer industries and retail practice at A.T. Kearney.
