Ronak brings more than 15 years of experience in engagements with retail, healthcare, and financial services companies in which he supported their transformation and strategy teams on their paths to accelerated revenue and margin growth. Ronak focuses on building solutions by combining advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, data, and technology to help companies improve their customer engagement and to develop customer-centric mindsets for long-term growth. He specializes in the areas of omnichannel marketing effectiveness, personalization, experimentation (test and learn), and loyalty program design, having implemented several end-to-end programs in retail.
Prior to joining Alix Partners, he held senior roles with multibillion-dollar retailers, leading cross-functional teams that built and scaled personalization, loyalty, and experimentation capabilities that helped driving millions of dollars in bottom-line growth. He was also with an analytics consulting firm as vice president of retail and financial services.
Ronak has a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
