Satbir is an operations leader with 15 years of experience across varied industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceutical and medical devices, international freight forwarding, and e-commerce, with special emphases on manufacturing, digital operations, and supply chain. Satbir’s clients benefit from his deep expertise in driving sustainable change, performance improvement, and the scaling and digitalization of operations. Previously, he led global operations at the internal freight forwarding arm of Wayfair. Satbir has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
