Stefan has +20 years of professional experience, working predominantly for large corporates in banking, insurance and in management consulting, but also serving financial investors, private equity and industry companies.
Stefan is a cross-sector expert with in-depth functional expertise in the areas of corporate and organizational transformation, re-structuring, portfolio and cost optimization, M&A/PMI and PMO management. He has extensive expertise in the management of large, international and interdisciplinary projects.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a senior executive manager with global responsibility for the strategy and organizational development (incl. corporate M&A) for a global Financial Services Group and was in management consultant.
