Sydney combines her passion and industry experience to drive performance improvements for retailers and wholesale manufacturers. Her experience includes customer and market strategy, operating-model transformation, speed-to-market process improvements, omnichannel fulfillment strategy, merchandising/category management (including pricing, promotion, space and assortment allocation, and vendor negotiations), and marketing strategy. Sydney has a record of successfully evaluating business models to identify revenue opportunities and thereby drive operational improvements through to the bottom line. Prior to consulting, she was a buyer at Macy’s in the apparel and home categories.
Sydney has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
