Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration and graduated top of his class from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management’s Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Mergers & Acquisitions. He regularly lecturers at universities on turnaround and transformation topics and serves as a committee member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA NextGen Germany).
