William is an experienced economist who provides assistance to governments and organizations in addressing complex and challenging issues within the realms of commerce and law. Approximately two decades ago, he founded the U.S. economics practice at AlixPartners.
He has served as an expert in economics and statistics in the U.S. Federal Court, both International and U.S. Arbitration, and the Federal Court of Australia. In addition, he advises businesses on consumer behavior and demand, pricing optimization, market competition, and data analytics.
William has testified on a range of matters related to finance, lost profits, disgorgement, breach of contract, antitrust, econometric methods, class certification, and intellectual property. He is consistently recognized in the Who’s Who Legal Consulting Experts.
