He has more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience in software engineering, product development, and IT services across retail, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and transportation companies. His technical experience includes leading the design and implementation of multiple Fortune 500 business critical systems including the first cloud-based electronic payment processing system for a major bank. He has also led projects ranging from business transformation and organizational alignment to product development and revenue-producing system designs.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, William established a track record at Microsoft, Ericsson, and system integrators for driving business innovation through software. His background as a former software developer and architect served him well in disrupting value chains and revitalizing businesses through technical and business innovation. William is also a published author, a frequent speaker on leading edge technologies and solutions, and a contributor to multiple software patents.
