SUMMARY
Rachael performs financial and economic analyses, particularly in support of business litigation. She has more than 15 years of business experience in economic valuation and litigation support, including in matters of securities class actions, securities fraud, valuation dispute, breach of contract, broker raiding, and employment disputes involving the valuation of employee stock options. She specializes in valuing various types of securities such as equity derivatives, structured finance products, hybrid securities, and other complex derivative instruments. Rachael has an MBA in finance and information systems and a Master of Science in quantitative finance from Fordham University. She has coauthored articles on fixed-income securities and valuation topics.
