Yale has almost 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the high-tech, telecommunications, automotive, and retail industries. He specializes in large-scale transformation programs, and clients benefit from his functional expertise in turnaround initiatives focused on commercial transformation, sales effectiveness, go-to-market (GTM), and commercial and operational due diligence. Moreover, Yale’s consulting experience is considerably broad because of his service to various clients in North America and Asia.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Yale worked as a senior manager at a top-tier consulting firm serving hi-tech & telecom clients and began his post MBA career as a corporate strategy manager at LG Electronics where he developed go-to-market strategy focused on B2B solutions business which included LG’s core products and services.
Yale has an MBA in strategy, finance and marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelors degree in engineering from the University of Toronto.
