AlixPartners developed a structured agile software development lifecycle with continuous integration and deployment and automated quality assurance (QA) processes. From there, we rapidly integrated pre-trade analytics, order management and executive management systems (OMS/EMS), and post-trade data into a single, real-time view based on Azure SQL.
This gave the company event-driven intraday views on performance, attribution, and risk while providing confirmed data for compliance reporting.
