Florian Leka and Alexander Lee authored a chapter in Lexology’s Mining Practice guide on “Energy Transition and covid-19 Disruptions”. The chapter focuses on the impact of energy transition around the world on demand for metals, the concentration of known reserves of these metals in a small number of emerging and frontier markets, and the resulting impact on mining arbitrations and disputes.
