AlixPartners welcomes back Brian Nemeth, top transportation industry, supply chain, and logistics expert

LONDON (October 3, 2024) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Brian Nemeth, a highly respected expert both in the Transportation Industry and the Supply Chain Management and Logistics sectors, has re-joined the firm. Brian will be based in Denmark and will work closely with the London office as a Partner & Managing Director in the firm’s Performance and Technology practice, in a move that further enhances the firm’s ability to address the complex challenges facing today’s global supply chains.

Brian returns to AlixPartners after having served as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at STG Logistics, a transportation company, where he was responsible for steering the company’s overall strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions, and driving organic commercial growth. During his time at AlixPartners he’s operated out of the firm’s Hong Kong and New York offices and worked with leading transportation companies on their strategies, revenue growth, value creation and M&A cycle.

Over the course of his career, Brian has solved critical strategic challenges for transportation companies across the globe, with his work spanning shipping, terminals, domestic transportation, freight forwarding, and third-party logistics. 

He has also become a go-to expert in supply chain management and logistics for shippers focused on moving their raw materials and end products from their production facilities to their end consumers. Brian has worked with shippers spanning a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, consumer goods, automotive, and industrials and operating across North America, Asia, and Europe, although he has developed specific expertise in developing and delivering strategies for importing and distributing products into North American and European markets.
