He has been involved in all phases of the litigation process, from pretrial discovery to expert report and trial preparation. His clients benefit from his extensive experience in issues related to bankruptcy and complex valuation. His casework has included assessment of the values of companies and securities, conducting of solvency and liquidity analyses, conducting of financial statement analyses, and development and evaluation of complex damages models. Serge has also worked on several matters related to intellectual property, antitrust, and general commercial disputes. He has an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
