With over 20 years of experience, Ryan has worked in both industry and consulting across various functions and projects, specializing in large-scale business transformations for various retail and consumer products businesses. He has deep expertise in optimizing the end-to-end value chain, including global sourcing, supplier relationship management, assortment optimization, cost-of-goods-sold reduction, merchandising, speed to market, and raw materials management. His expertise delivers step change EBITDA improvements for companies of various sizes. Ryan has led the assessment, implementation, and delivery of numerous top and bottom-line impacting projects for both private-equity-owned and public companies. To begin his career, he worked for a shared-services supply chain organization, rotating through various roles in the order-to-cash space such as inventory management, customer service, SAP implementation, and distribution.
Ryan has an MBA in finance and strategy from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
