Key Engagements:

  • Led the supply chain and operations carve-out for multiple cosmetics brands through the full deal cycle (diligence to post close standup). Activities included: org design, process development, optimization roadmap and execution of company standup while negotiating seller-provided services​.

  • Performed a diagnostic and led the multi-phase implementation of a full organization and spend transformation program at a +$5B dollar beauty and wellness company. The program spanned the globe and drove >$200M in cost reductions​.

  • Led the assessment and implementation of a transformation program for a private-equity-owned $300M vitamin and supplement company. Workstreams for supply chain, product development, sales, and e-commerce were established to improve EBITDA by 25% in-year and >50% after a full year of run-rate impact.

  • Conducted operational diligence for multiple beauty, health, personal care and food companies. ​

  • Designed and implemented a cost reduction program across 45 food manufacturing plants with hundreds of stakeholders to drive 400+ initiatives targeting in-year EBIDTA improvement.
