Rob has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, with extensive work in the consumer products space.  His consulting experience includes work in end-to-end supply chain transformation, productivity improvement, supply chain planning, network optimization, working-capital improvement, manufacturing strategy, and the impact digital advances can have in each area.

Rob has helped companies of all sizes, from sub-$1B to $100B+, to achieve step change in performance. He often leads enterprise-wide operational transformations, helping executive to make immediate performance improvements and to chart their longer-term operations strategy.  

Rob has an MBA with distinction in management and strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
