He partners with clients to increase revenue and profitability by optimizing processes and functions, consolidating products and technology environments, driving software product migrations, defining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating on new and innovative offerings.
As a member of ADP's global product and technology senior leadership team, Raj drove the advancement of critical functions such as technical product support for client-facing products and internal applications, reliability engineering, and major incident management. As a result, the company was able to achieve a 26% reduction in support cases, 53% faster case resolution time, 31% reduction in mean time to repair (MTTR), and better clarity and frequency of incident communications. He was also instrumental in elevating ADP's capabilities for technical talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and technical activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures.
