Julia has worked with private-equity firms, investment funds and large corporates for the last 15+ years, predominately in the TMT and infrastructure sectors.
She has worked across the PE value chain undertaking due diligence on target companies, assisting with the structuring of funding for acquisitions, advising on the post merger legal structure and integration process, including business strategy, organizational and governance design, and post deal value creation.
Julia also has expertise designing operating models across the media and technology sectors. This process involves working with companies to articulate their long term strategy, transforming their organisation structures based on their client value chain, and reviewing and updating their ways of working and governance processes.
Before joining AlixPartners, she was an acquisition finance lawyer at international law firms.
Julia holds a MBA from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, is a Graduate member of the Chartered Governance Institute and has completed the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme.
