His expertise includes target operating model design, enterprise-wide cost transformation, global resourcing strategy, automation enablement, and back-office efficiency improvement.
Patrick has advised leading financial sponsors and corporate investors on transactions ranging from $400 million to $14 billion across healthcare and life sciences, technology, media and telecommunications, hospitality, and energy. Before earning his MBA, he worked as an advisor to the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense and in the U.S. House of Representatives.
