Patrick has over 10 years of advisory experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives and operational transformations for organizations across the globe. He specializes in helping management teams identify optimization opportunities and implement incremental EBITDA improvement, most often in M&A and other critical, time-constrained contexts. His areas of expertise include operational due diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-merger integration, operating model and organizational design, divestiture/carve-out execution, and G&A cost reduction. 

Patrick has supported both financial and strategic investors throughout the M&A lifecycle on buy- and sell-side transactions ranging in value from $400M to $14B USD. Clients and portfolio companies have included the healthcare & life sciences, TMT, hospitality & leisure, and energy & process industries.

Prior to completing his MBA, Patrick was an advisor to the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense and worked in the U.S. House of Representatives.
