Evan leads large companies through the complexities of capital market solutions and strategic planning. He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, audit, and management consulting, with industry expertise across technology, media and telecommunications, industrials, healthcare, and financial services.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Evan was a manager at PwC and a finance controller at Amazon Web Services. Drawing on both corporate and professional service experience, he specializes in driving sustainable value creation at each stage of the deal lifecycle, from strategy and diligence to acquisition, sign-to-close planning, post-merger integration, and enterprise transformation.
Evan holds an MBA from Duke University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is a certified public accountant and an ESG investment professional certified by the CFA Institute.
