Robert helps clients analyze complex financial statements, economic data, and accounting data to assist them in addressing legal challenges. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Robert has extensive experience in Representation and Warranties Insurance claims. He has helped numerous clients successfully submit loss calculations to insurers to quantify the impact of breaches in representations and warranties. He also assisted in litigation related to representation and warranty fraud.
Robert has experience in expert-witness preparation for litigation in such matters as purchase price disputes, fraud, and criminal defense. He has also acquired experience in the area of claims processing for multibillion-dollar class action settlements, accounting investigations, and in anti-money-laundering lookbacks.
Prior to his career at AlixPartners, Robert provided consulting and auditing services to government clients at a Big Four public accounting firm.
