Key Engagements:

  • Advised a multi-billion dollar travel tech company on achieving its net zero commitment through the development and implementation of a complex supplier engagement program aimed at reducing Scope 3 emissions.
  • Advised the lenders of a US-based restaurant chain on strategic alternatives as the company evaluated potential in-and-out of court restructurings, ultimately resulting in a successful out-of-court resolution.
  • Advised a $1 billion data center and disaster recovery company through a prepackaged transaction that reduced the company's $1.3 billion debt load by 70% via the shortest bankruptcy in history at the time.
  • Advised a non-profit as it endeavored to decarbonize the nation's 100,000+ K-12 public school system, quantifying energy intensity, emissions, and cost of decarbonization.

Sustainability is the ultimate "when it really matters" topic of our time and it's critical that we get it right.
