Sadie is a risk and compliance specialist with experience gained from both consulting, and in-house experience from her time within investment banking.

She is an SME in anti-financial crime and has a wealth of experience in policy design and implementation and has held a deputy MLRO role where she was responsible for maintaining and strengthening anti-financial crime controls. Risk and Compliance engagements that Sadie has worked on include reviews of internal audit processes and controls, AFC team specific skills-assessments, firm-wide and customer level risk assessments spanning across multiple industries outside of financial services including oil and gas and construction. During her time in-house, Sadie has also enhanced compliance controls by replacing systems to drive efficiencies and participated in a global client lifecycle management project. Sadie also worked on the build out of a global regulatory technology start-up focused on sanctions payments screening, working with over 30 global banks and regulators.

Sadie holds a BSC degree in Economics from Cardiff University.
