Justin leads growth, integration, and performance improvement engagements for AlixPartners Retail practice, specializing in the food, drug, mass, and club sectors. He has deep experience leading whole company transformations in a variety of distressed and non-distressed situations. 

He is a sought-after expert on M&A and partnerships and works with both public and private equity clients and their executive teams on strategy, valuation, and negotiation topics across the deal lifecycle.

Justin has a depth of knowledge in merchandising and consumer insights and has experience along the entire food value chain, working primarily in retail and wholesale, but also closely with producers, distributors, service providers, and industry associations.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Justin was at the Boston Consulting Group where he executed client engagements in the consumer, tech, and corporate development practice areas. He was also the head of strategy at an ecommerce startup in Boston, where he led various initiatives in the areas of customer acquisition strategy, partnerships, M&A, as well as financing and fundraising activities.
