Adrian has deep experience in business modelling and in the design and execution of restructuring programs, where he identifies and quantifies value creation levers. His work focuses particularly on SG&A cost reduction and store network optimization, including store and format performance, footprint strategy, and commercial levers to drive top-line and margin improvement.

He combines restructuring expertise with deep industry experience in retail and consumer products, supporting management teams in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing value creation measures to deliver tangible and measurable results.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Adrian worked at Roland Berger and Capgemini Invent, where he advised retail and consumer goods clients on transformation and performance improvement.
