• Served as  Chief Procurement Officer for a leading food processing company, overseeing $2.4 billion of spend across all spend categories. Created strong roadmap to deliver $100 million in savings in a 3-year period while transforming the organization by implementing a new organizational structure, simplifying processes and digitalizing the function.
• Served as VP of Procurement for another leading processing company, overseeing $1.8 billion of spend across external manufacturing, transportation and warehousing. Delivered more than 4% of the spend in savings and +30 million in cash flow by challenging status quo and building a high performing team.
• Additionally, created a growth mindset culture that supported the innovation pipeline of the company.
  Spent 15 years in one of the world´s largest snacking companies serving different global and regional roles across all direct and indirect sourcing categories. Lived in 4 different countries.
• For the same company, led the Global Procurement Transformation delivering +30% SG&A efficiencies by designing new standardized processes and digitizing the function across the world.
