Ryder has over 10 years of consulting and in-industry experience helping restaurants and foodservice companies identify and execute cost transformations. His experience spans across restaurants, c-stores, food manufacturers, and distributors. He has led initiatives in sourcing, supply chain optimization, organizational design, and pricing. Prior to AlixPartners, he worked in the broadline foodservice distribution industry where he led cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives.

Ryder has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science from Yale University.
