- Led the assessment and implementation of Sales, Menu and Pricing improvement strategies for a multi-concept QSR operator with ~300 locations in US, supporting menu rationalization, upsell, technology enhancement and price negotiation initiatives
- Performed operational assessment for $1B QSR chain, identifying ~$20M EBITDA improvement opportunities within Menu optimization, Shop efficiency and DSD efficiency
- Implemented Customer profitability and Pricing improvement initiatives at ~$1B special food distributor. Developed new pricing strategies by segmenting customers, and identified key categories to implement new pricing structure
- Led G&A assessment for a Social Dining company identifying 25% FTE reduction by streamlining and outsourcing functions, standardizing processes, and leveraging technology
- Spearheaded external spend optimization program for CPG Bakery, achieving savings of ~8% on raw materials, packaging and G&A services
- Led redesign of grocery & convenience channel distribution process for $2-billion CPG. Conducted following pilot; oversaw implementation progress; measured daily key performance indicators; and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the operations team in resolving operational problems
- Led operations strategy assessment for leading Latam Retailer, prioritizing supply chain optimization initiatives on processes, systems, and footprint during its COVID transition to a Hub & Spoke model
