With more than 25 years of experience as an award-winning data and AI leader, he helps organizations design and deliver company transformations that achieve high business impact, are rapidly deployed, and are driven by new ways of working and innovative AI-based design-making and optimization models.
Before joining AlixPartners, Charles served as Chief Information Officer of a FTSE 100 utility company, where he led a large-scale capability and cost-out transformation. Throughout his career, Charles has designed and implemented multiple data platforms and AI programs for Fortune 500 companies across industries. In 2022, he received the TBM Council Award for IT-driven business optimization.
His experience blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and strategic leadership, enabling clients to achieve measurable value from digital platforms.
