Rebecca leads strategy, transformation, and process improvement programs, specializing in healthcare and life sciences. She helps clients establish clear strategic visions and develop pragmatic roadmaps to achieve them. ​

Rebecca has spent 20+ years along the continuum of care and has deep experience in clinical laboratory operations, provider operations, and population health. She also has experience with large-scale cost-reduction programs, enterprise architecture, organizational design, R&D effectiveness, and new product development.​

Prior to AlixPartners, Rebecca was the head of medical strategy and growth programs at Quest Diagnostics where she oversaw strategy and operations for R&D, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Population Health Innovation. Rebecca has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California Berkeley.​​​
