Alice helps clients through market manipulation inquiries, regulatory enforcement, and trading investigations by regulators such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), stock exchanges, and civil plaintiffs and has presented analyses to the DOJ and CFTC.
