Adam has held interim leadership roles, served as an expert witness, and led large and complex international assignments, often when his clients have wanted to grow or improve in other markets.  He has also supported several small and large acquisitions from diligence and planning through F100 days and longer term value creation.

Adam has an MBA from the University of Michigan. His research and work in the restaurant and food-and-beverage sectors have been profiled and cited in such publications and news outlets as the "Wall Street Journal," Fox News, the "Financial Times," Reuters, and Bloomberg.
