He leads organizations through highly impactful transformations, providing actionable strategic and operational advice. Christoph is a cross-industry expert with in-depth functional expertise in the areas of business and organizational transformation, restructuring, target-operating-model development, optimization of SG&A costs, digitalization, and postmerger integration (PMI). Clients benefit from Christoph’s extensive expertise in managing large and multidisciplinary projects. He has a proven record of delivering significant and sustainable operational and financial impact to clients in a short period of time. Previously, he was with the Allianz Group, most recently as head of IT economics. He was also a consultant and a senior partner at Roland Berger.
