Erin has more than 15 years of experience in economic consulting and applies the tools of financial economics to assist clients involved in contentious financial disputes and investigations. She manages cross-border teams and directs analysis of economic and financial data to estimate alleged damages and value financial products and business assets. Erin writes expert reports and testifies as an expert witness. Who’s Who Legal says Erin is “very impressive in financial sector disputes” and “highly experienced in ICSID arbitrations.”
Erin has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder), and she authored chapters in The Guide to Damages in International Arbitration, The Investment Treaty Arbitration Review, and The Handbook of Mortgage-Backed Securities.
