Etienne helps companies, mostly in the consumer products (especially beauty and cosmetics and food and beverage) and retail (especially grocery) spaces, in designing and delivering large operations-driven transformations to develop a sustainable competitive advantage. His passion is to deliver value in all dimensions: costs and cash, top line, resilience, and CSR. Etienne has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting and operates globally. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he served in many positions at a global strategy consulting firm, up to partner level.
Etienne has a master’s degree in engineering from École Centrale Paris (today CentraleSupélec).
