John has more than a decade of retail consulting experience in driving EBITDA transformation programs focused on improvements in processes, tools, organization, strategy, and analytics across an entire retail operation. He has partnered with C suite executives at dozens of clients to lead complex analytics projects in specialty, department, global brands, drugstore, luxury, mass-mercandising, and value retail companies. John focuses his efforts on growth strategies, analytics, merchandising, planning, e-commerce, stores, supply chain, operations, and consumer areas. Before AlixPartners, he was a consultant with Kurt Salmon.
John has a Bachelor of Science in operations research and information engineering from Cornell University.
