SUMMARY
Kevin has more than 25 years of industry and advisory experience in operations and consulting in various sectors, including consumer products, process industries, electronics, and retail. He has guided clients in improving operational efficiency, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution. He has led many successful engagements in postmerger integration and cross-functional enterprise improvement. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he led and executed operational consulting assignments at A.T. Kearney and held executive positions at STEM Village and Green Grass One.
Kevin has an MBA and a Master of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University at Kingston in Canada.
