After Bain&Co. and an experience providing expert services in international arbitrations, Michele joined AlixPartners to support the expansion of the Performance Improvement services in Milan, Italy.
Michele can now leverage on 15 years of experience supporting consumer goods and industrial clients to improve their top and bottom-line performance, contributing to their strategy definition and implementation, guiding them through operational transformations, mergers & acquisitions, re-organizations.
As his primary activity, Michele develops and closely works with a number of major international Private Equity firms across all phases of deals’ lifecycles, with particular focus on preparation and execution of value creation plans for their portfolio companies, with focus on operational improvements and growth.
A graduate in France and Italy, with both engineering and economics backgrounds, Michele is recognized by clients for his brightness, flawless professionalism, extensive knowledge and pragmatism. At the same time, his personal integrity, curiosity and stile inspire junior and senior colleagues.
