  • Led a manufacturing and cost reduction assessment across 12 snack plants identifying ~$60M in automation, waste and OEE improvement opportunities
  • Led the operational and commercial assessment, implementation and turnaround of a ~$300M revenue vitamin and supplement company increasing EBITDA by 65%
  • Designed and implemented a cost reduction program across 45 baked goods manufacturing plants, with 100s of stakeholders, to develop and drive 400+ initiatives to drive immediate in year EBITDA
  • Developed the manufacturing inputs for a customer & product profitability program which resulted in leading a four walls plant turnaround for a $4B food company
  • Led the carve-out of a ~$600M cosmetics and personal care company from diligence through post close standup and implementation. Activities included: full supply chain org design, process development, optimization roadmap and execution of company standup while negotiating seller provided services
    Conducted operational, organizational and procurement diligence for >10 consumer goods companies related to transactions and cost reduction programs for companies ranging $300M - $3B
