He specializes in driving rapid bottom-line improvement through large-scale, cross-border turnaround, transformation, and operational performance programs, consistently delivering or exceeding targeted outcomes.
Philipp has worked across industries with a particular focus on tech-enabled businesses, including software, industrial automation, and high-tech systems. He combines deep financial acumen with hands-on implementation experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills - including crisis management and negotiations with employee representative bodies.
Before joining AlixPartners, Philipp held roles in CFO advisory at an international consultancy and gained industry experience at leading technology firms IBM and Siemens.
