Areas of specialization include Go-to-Market strategy, Strategic Pricing, Trade Strategy, Marketing and Promotion ROI, Portfolio Optimization, and Sales Force Effectiveness. Ryan also co-leads Revenue Growth Management, including focus on digital enablement to accelerate insight. 

Prior to AlixPartners, Ryan led Global Strategic Revenue Management for Mars, Inc. where he helped develop best practices and deploy in-market capabilities across 15+ countries. Highlighted market experience includes USA, Canada, China, Mexico, Latin America, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, UAE, United Kingdom, Russia, and Indonesia, etc.
