Larry has over 30 years of experience solely dedicated to the improvement of the EBITDA, cash flow and working capital of both privately-held and public companies, ranging from $50 Million to $150 Billion in annual revenues. Larry uses data-driven analytics guided by experience and pragmatism to diagnose root-causes of underperformance and areas of inefficiency. Through collaboration with stakeholders and employees, Larry develops bespoke, executable solutions to dramatically change the trajectory of his clients’ performance and establish sustainable platforms for continuous improvement and long-term growth.
Larry’s career is evenly split between interim management services and private equity portfolio operations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
