Amit brings more than 20 years of supply chain and cost transformation experience in advising chief financial officers, chief procurement officers, chief sustainability officers, chief marketing officers, and chief operating officers so they become able to deliver strong results through supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, commodity sourcing, outsourcing, operations improvement, risk management, and change management. Amit is a change expert with proven success in working with cross-functional C-level stakeholders in complex cross-matrix organizations. He brings deep knowledge of analytical and advanced technologies in the form of skills in the areas of artificial intelligence and automation in order to drive measurable EBITDA improvement. Prior to AlixPartners, he led Deloitte Canada’s sourcing and procurement advisory practice and many procurement transformation engagements involving retailers.
Amit has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management & Engineering.
