After nearly two decades split across management consulting and corporate leadership roles in commercial strategy, finance and operations, Mike joined AlixPartners where he brings his combined consulting and industry experience to partner with Consumer Products clients in driving profitable growth.
Having worked as both an executive and an advisor across the consumer goods value chain, including manufacturing, distribution and retail, Mike brings valuable insight and understanding that has shaped how he approaches change. He partners with clients to take a cross-functional, data-driven approach to opportunity identification, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
Mike has a track record of helping organizations achieve tangible P&L impact through cost savings, operating model design, and growth strategy. His recent work incudes advising various food and beverage manufacturers on how to drive margin expansion through commercial excellence and capability-building. His past roles in the beverage alcohol and ecommerce industries include building and leading strategy and analytics teams, and transforming existing sales, commercial finance, and procurement organizations to drive revenue growth and cost savings.
Mike has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
