Ana applies over a decade of experience in information technology to assist companies by using data manipulation and applied analytics. She has been delivering high-impact data-driven analyses and leveraging interactive visualizations to drive strategic decision-making processes for multiple retailers and has worked on-site with clients in North America and Asia.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, she was a project manager with the Argentine government.
Ana has an academic degree in informatics and a postgraduate diploma in big data. She is a native Spanish speaker, proficient in English, and has intermediate knowledge of Italian.

  • Delivered a high-volume analytics platform to facilitate preparing for line reviews for a baby-centered US retail company.
  • Delivered a high-volume analytics platform to support direct vendor negotiations for a furniture and deco US retail company with presence in Canada and Mexico, helping achieve $100 million in benefits on $1 billion spent. 
  • Built and implemented a consolidated analytics platform for a US + Canada diversified retailer group that includes department stores and luxury apparel businesses. The tool focuses on optimizing merchandising operations to achieve higher profitability, guiding merchants through assortment optimization and planning decisions.
  • Supported multiple workstreams on a pilot and rapid reengineering phase, organizing, manipulating, and analyzing big sets of data for a leading Asian luxury travel retailer.
